The RVT are proud to announce it will hold the one of the Drag Idol UK semi finals here at the Tavern.

Now in its eleventh year, the quest to find a new cabaret scene star to join the ranks of previous winners: CK (crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild) Son Of a Tutu, Baga Chipz, Tanya Hyde, Kevin Cruise, Mecedes and the Benders, The Flurettes, La Voix , Martha D’Arthur and last years winner Louis Cyfer is almost at an end.

The RVT heats are over and we crowned our winner, Vinegar Strokes at our heat final on the 28th.

The RVT Drag Idol Semi final at the RVT will be hosted by La Voix and judged by a selection of industry people chosen from press, media and the entertianment industry along with a good mixture of Drag Artists.

We look forward to seeing you at the RVT and may the best drag win.
