We are proud to announce that the iconic Royal Vauxhall Tavern in London will host Belinda Carlisle for her special Birthday Party, raising money in support of her own co-founded animal charity Animal People Alliance on Friday 19 August 2022, doors at 5.30pm.

Belinda, the RVT and Animal People Alliance team will present an unusual and fun competition where some of the hottest drag artists compete to be the next drag Belinda Carlisle for one night. The competition will be hosted by Virgin Radio’s Steve Denyer and judged by Belinda Carlisle herself and some very special judges by her side.

There will be a short performance by Belinda as she sings some of her greatest hits, as well as a DJ spinning great tunes, special auction prizes and a few other special surprises in the evening.

Tickets start from £50 for ‘General Admission’ with a very limited amount of ‘Admission + VIP Meet & Greet with Belinda’ tickets for £175 (includes high resolution photo and APA ‘tote’ bag)
100% of all ticket sales and donations on the evening will go to APA. The mission of Belinda’s own co-founded charity is to provide high quality and compassionate care, of the highest standards, to neglected street animals in India and Thailand. They train and employ vulnerable people from the community, and pay living wages that help them improve their standard of living, thereby addressing two issues simultaneously. APA has conducted over 18,000 treatments, sterilizations and vaccinations since 2016.
