From Tattooine to Alderaan and the forest moon of Endor, May 4th is a day of celebration for every species in the Galaxy. It’s Star Wars Day and this year the great, the good and the weird of the LGBTQ+ galactic cabaret scene are joining forces at our very own Imperial Palace, The Royal Vauxhall Tavern to raise money for every Jedi’s favourite charity, Cabaret vs Cancer.

A steller line-up of drag and cabaret stars will be bringing us a selection of Star Wars themed performances that include all your favourite heroes and villians and even Jar Jar Binks, kidding, there’s no Jar Jar.

Hosted by our own Emperor Palpatine, aka Reece Connolly, the show includes, Me the Drag Queen, Rhys’ Pieces, Lilly Snatchdragon, Carrot, Smashlyn Monroe and Dolly Trolley.

Doors at 7pm, show from 8pm.

Cabaret vs Cancer is an independent charity set up in 2014 by performer Rose Thorne, it raises money to help families especially children cope with the effects of cancer. Star Wars Day, May 4th is also the date for the launch of the 2022 Cabaret vs Cancer Sci Fi and Fantasy auction. Money from ticket sales will be split between the artists performing on the night and the charity. There will raffles and collections on the night with Star Wars prizes.

Advance tickets £15 – plus booking fee
