It’s back! Oh yes it is! The infamous Vauxhall Tavern presents yet another tongue in cheek take on the traditional panto for all you adult girls and boys out there. Filled with panto classics, large gowns and sing a longs.
“This probably isn’t one to bring your gran along to – famously filthy and brazenly bawdy” Sosogay
“If you thought panto was a bit camp then get ready for a show more flamboyant than a Christmas tree onesie.” Funny Women
This year we present Charming Dick, with a wicked witch from the West End, a Dame Twankey (once famous cabaret star), a Eurovision wannabe, a charming prince and, of course, a little Dick – freshly arrived in London, looking for fame, fortune and a good time.
Is Twankey safe from the wicked witch’s ruthless desire to obtain the lamp and close Twankeys launderette, will Twankey sing about it? Will Babe be picked for Eurovision? And why can’t Charming just commit to Babe? Will little Dick find fame, fortune and love and why is Red Riding Hood in this panto?
