Eurovision Anniversary Special

In 1993, Sonia represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest, singing the Dean Collinson and Brian Teasdale composition Better the Devil You Know. Sonia finished second with 164 points, losing out to Ireland‘s 187 points, for In Your Eyes sung by Niamh Kavanagh. Sonia’s third album, Better the Devil You Know was released in the same year.

Sonia will be performing an 25 year anniversary special at the RVT to mark this silver jubilee year of the queen of pop’s successful appearance at Eurovision.
