Raising vital funds for cancer charities – Cancer is a Drag and Cabaret Vs Cancer
The RVT is holding a big, fat quiz night to raise money for two of the scenes brilliant cancer charities; Cabaret Vs Cancer and Cancer is a Drag.
We’ll be testing your brain cells with pop trivia, general knowledge and specialist rounds including a very special round from the Quizzarding world on everything Harry Potter by the Lost Diaphragm team.
Do you know which is the longest Lake in Scotland, how many space shuttles there have been or which iconic film Cher famously turned down to star in Little Mermaids (bad call that one Cher) or what Auraphobia is?
There will be entertainment, a raffle and silly games alongside the quiz and Alan Bugg, director of Cancer is a Drag in Drag. Cabaret Vs Cancer: Founded in 2014, and becoming a registered charity in 2016, Cabaret Vs Cancer raises money to support families affected by cancer. Cabaret Producer, Rose Thorne is the CEO and is supported by patrons Dusty Limits and trustees Benjamin Louche and Lilly Snatchdragon.
Cancer is a Drag was founded in 2012 and its CEO is Alan Bugg, it provides financial support and wellbeing to people and their families living with cancer.
